    About the role#

    As an Aerospace Algorithms Engineer Graduate Co-op, you will develop physics, statistical, mathematical, and machine learning models. These models support mission planning, modeling, and simulation. You will own your algorithms from conception through deployment and testing.

    What you'll do#

    • Develop and document algorithms for end-to-end deployment.
    • Process and analyze raw data sets.
    • Simulate and validate algorithmic performance using dynamic systems.
    • Present your technical work through white papers, analysis reports, and oral presentations.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithms into software solutions.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an MS or PhD program in Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Physics, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Python for algorithm and software development.
    • A strong background in physics, mathematics, and statistics.
    • Experience with algorithm development, simulations, and validating performance in dynamic systems.
    • Experience describing systems using equations of motion derived from first-principle engineering analysis.
    • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, as U.S. citizenship is required.

    • Compensation: $28 to $37 per hour.
