About the role#
The Procurement Co-op Student supports the Purchasing and Logistics team with daily procurement activities, inventory management, and system tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in supply chain operations, including process improvements and cross-functional problem solving. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Assist the purchasing team with day-to-day procurement activities.
- Support STORES operations, including inventory tasks and record maintenance.
- Work with Purchasing, Logistics, and Stores to identify and resolve inventory issues.
- Help the SAP implementation team with data entry, testing, documentation, and system tasks.
- Maintain organized purchasing and inventory records.
- Communicate with internal departments and suppliers using professional verbal and written skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university co-op program for Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Location: Markham, Ontario, Canada.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $17.60 - $25.48 per hour.
