About the role#
The Product Integrity & Testing (PIT) team conducts independent security assessments for applications, APIs, and AI components before they reach production. As a Summer Associate, you will join a 12-week program from May to August 2027. You will contribute to security governance and help ensure that software and AI models meet enterprise security requirements.
What you'll do#
- Support security testing efforts for applications, APIs, and AI solutions.
- Analyze security findings and document test results.
- Research emerging security technologies and industry trends to improve testing programs.
- Evaluate existing metrics and develop new visualizations to provide insights to leadership.
- Assist with process automation and continuous improvement projects to reduce manual effort.
- Prepare technical documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technology teams on strategic security projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity policies and best practices.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management and data analysis tools.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based in Vienna, Virginia, with remote work options available.
- Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
