    About the role#

    As a Flight Operations Training Intern, you will gain professional experience and industry insight by working on specific department projects. You will work alongside experienced professionals to understand our operations, methodology, and tools while contributing to meaningful tasks. This is a paid, full-time internship based in Columbus, Ohio.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage and complete assigned projects.
    • Partner with a department mentor to set goals and track your progress.
    • Conduct analysis by interviewing staff, shadowing team members, and reviewing technical SOPs.
    • Collaborate with the Training Courseware team to build and review training content.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an undergraduate program pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Aviation Maintenance, Aviation Technology, Dispatch, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Experience with internet research.
    • 0-2 years of experience.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information and communicate clearly in written and verbal formats.

    • This role is located in Columbus, Ohio.
    • The position is on-site.
    • This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
