About the role#
This position is based within the Technology branch at CATSA Headquarters. You will work full-time hours for the Fall 2026 term, specifically from September 30 to December 31, 2026. This role is a hybrid opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Support invoice processing by validating, tracking, and maintaining records.
- Assist with financial and contract administration, including documentation and reporting.
- Analyze current business processes to find inefficiencies and support optimization.
- Compile and maintain operational and financial data using Microsoft Excel and other business tools.
- Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a college diploma or university degree program in business administration, engineering, or a relevant field.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of data analytics or business intelligence tools like Power BI.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, or workflow analysis.
- Exposure to programming or scripting languages like Python, VBA, or SQL.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Ability to communicate effectively, work in teams or independently, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a reliability security clearance.
- You must be a student currently enrolled in a program and planning to return to studies in the next academic year.
