About the role#
WHO 13 is looking for an intern to support Hello Iowa, a live lifestyle show that airs on weekdays at 11:00 am. This is an opportunity to gain practical television experience and apply your classroom learning to a real production environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist guests as they prepare for their segments.
- Help with production tasks in the studio.
- Share your own story ideas for the show.
- Create content for social media.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the team.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You need to be currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or school.
- You must provide a letter from your school confirming that you will receive credit for this internship.
- Relevant coursework in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or Marketing is preferred.
