    About the role#

    The Piping Engineer Intern or Co-op works with our Piping Department to prepare drawings, calculations, and deliverables for client design projects. You will collaborate with team members across various engineering disciplines to provide cohesive packages for our clients.

    What you'll do#

    • Complete calculations of limited complexity, including stress analysis and equipment sizing.
    • Create and modify equipment drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs using AutoCAD.
    • Model equipment and pipe design in 3-D using AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and Inventor.
    • Develop and design pipe supports.
    • Assemble equipment RFQ packages.
    • Assist experienced engineers with daily tasks.

    What you'll need#

    • Current pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
    • Ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
    • Strong communication skills.

    • Location: Maumee, Ohio.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: This is a paid position.
