About the role#
This is a talent pipeline for the Summer 2027 internship program. Northmarq provides capital markets services for commercial real estate investors, including debt, equity, investment sales, loan servicing, and fund management. This program is for undergraduate or graduate students interested in pursuing a career in this field. Please indicate your preferred department and location when applying.
What you'll do#
- Perform analysis of the physical and financial aspects of commercial real estate.
- Conduct pro forma analysis for various property types and valuations.
- Screen new transactions and assist in the due diligence process.
- Monitor and manage ongoing real estate portfolio risks.
- Communicate with key stakeholders throughout the loan lifespan.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate college student.
- Academic focus in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong critical analysis skills and self-motivation.
- Ability to work effectively in a client-focused team setting.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
- Available locations: Austin, Baltimore, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Newport Beach, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle.
