About the role#
This is a student position for the Fall 2026 trimester at Northwestern Health Sciences University. You will support T4 students in the lab as they learn full spine palpation and adjusting techniques. This role helps you refine your own skills while guiding peers through their coursework.
What you'll do#
- Assist T4 students with palpation interpretation and adjusting techniques.
- Assess student skills using Zoho Forms.
- Provide feedback on palpation and adjusting performance.
- Help during competency evaluations and the final practical exam.
- Follow all lab protocols for sanitization and protection.
- Clean and organize the lab space after sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the College of Chiropractic at NWHSU.
- Good academic standing.
- Successful completion of Chiropractic Methods 1-4.
- T5 or higher tri-level status.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and accurately.
- Commitment to at least one full 2-hour lab session per week.
- Availability for at least 1 hour during the scheduled final practical exam.

- Schedule: Approximately 2-6 hours per week.
