About the role#
We are hiring a graduate student to support a research project focused on student retention and attrition within the College of Nursing. You will work directly with institutional data to help inform research findings and recommendations.
What you'll do#
- Manage, clean, merge, and analyze student and institutional datasets using R.
- Conduct descriptive and advanced statistical analyses.
- Develop reproducible R scripts and analytical workflows.
- Create publication-quality tables, reports, and data visualizations.
- Support research findings and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a USF graduate student.
- Experience with research programming and quantitative data analysis.
- Proficiency in R programming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
