About the role#
The USF Health Office of Research is seeking a student to provide administrative and office support. This position is for students with Federal Work Study (FWS) allocation. You will gain professional experience in a research administration environment while helping with the daily operations of the office.
What you'll do#
- Collect and distribute office mail daily.
- Maintain the kitchen and break room inventory, including stocking supplies.
- Perform weekly inventory checks for kitchen and office supplies.
- Print and organize monthly financial reports.
- File, organize, and bind financial records and documents.
- Assist with general clerical tasks and special office projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a USF student with FWS allocation.
- Ability to provide proof of FWS allocation and your student schedule.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented work habits.
- Ability to assist with various administrative tasks.
