About the role#
This 12-week paid internship offers hands-on experience across several parts of the homebuilding business. You will build a foundation for a career in the industry by working with our construction and customer relations teams. Many interns join our company full time after they graduate.
What you'll do#
- Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
- Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
- Interact with customers as they build their new homes.
- Work alongside the sales team to learn the new home sales life cycle.
- Learn how we forecast and prepare for future homebuilding activity.
- Tour our production plant and architectural design offices to see manufacturing operations.
- Gain exposure to the home loan financing process.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, preferably with graduation scheduled within 12 months.
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and business partners.
- Leadership skills and a driven mindset.
- A current driver's license.

- Location: Williamsburg, Virginia.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Pay: $22.00 per hour.
