About the role#
As a Civil Engineering intern on the Roadway team, you will contribute to transportation projects such as urban and rural roadways, multimodal paths, and highway interchanges. You will work alongside experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and apply your classroom knowledge to real-world projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project design using CAD drafting.
- Conduct research for various engineering projects.
- Write technical reports.
- Collaborate with the team on transportation-related tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a civil engineering degree program.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
