About the role#
Join ONEOK as an Engineering Intern for the Summer 2026 term. This on-site position in Dallas, Texas, offers hands-on experience supporting business priorities and operations. You will work alongside experienced engineers and professionals to contribute to projects that support long-term strategy. This is a full-time, paid internship designed to help you build a foundation for your engineering career through mentorship and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Assist with job shadowing and report preparation.

What you'll need#
- You must be pursuing or have obtained a bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Environmental Engineering.
- Ability to apply basic arithmetic or advanced math, algebra, and statistical methods.
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- A positive attitude, initiative, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
