About the role#
We are looking for a CVAT Annotation Intern to help us build high-quality datasets for our autonomous construction robots. You will work directly with our AI and ML teams to create the data that trains our physical agents. This is a six-month contract position with the potential for long-term opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Use CVAT to label objects, regions, and features in images using bounding boxes, polygons, and segmentation masks.
- Perform quality control checks on datasets and verify the work of other annotators.
- Keep organized records of your work and document updates.
- Suggest improvements to our current annotation guidelines and workflows.
- Work with AI and ML engineers to improve dataset quality.
- Communicate with project leads to share best practices and solve technical challenges.
What you'll need#
- You are detail-oriented and motivated to support real-world robot development.
- You have practical experience with data annotation for AI applications.
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Computer Science.
