About the role#
As a Portfolio Strategy Intern, you will support our investment team with data entry, portfolio analysis, and administrative tasks. This role is part of our Human Resources Generalists and Operations team. You will help us maintain files, prepare reports, and assist with various projects as assigned by your manager.
What you'll do#
- Analyze client portfolios and generate proposals.
- Provide due diligence support to the investment team.
- Compile materials for Investment Committee presentations.
- Participate in due diligence phone calls and meetings.
- Gather data and prepare spreadsheets for projects.
- Prepare end of quarter marketing materials and reports.
- Manage general administrative duties such as faxing, scanning, and copying.
- Maintain files in compliance with legal requirements.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current standing as a Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles.
- Ability to obtain Orion Industry Certification.
- Skill in managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- This position is located in Lehi, Utah.
- This is a hybrid role requiring three or more days per week on-site.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
