About the role#
This internship provides experience and insight into the food manufacturing environment at OSI Group. You will work on projects focused on improving yield and reducing waste. You will also spend time evaluating core processes and day-to-day operational activities.
What you'll do#
- Execute process improvement projects.
- Gather, organize, and analyze data to understand current-state performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders to understand business needs.
- Develop effective solutions.
- Prepare a final presentation on the results of your assigned project.
- Present your findings to members of the corporate management team.

- Currently enrolled in school.

- Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
- You may be required to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures within a manufacturing environment.
