About the role#
This internship is designed for students who want to build a career in professional sports ticket sales. You will support the Corporate Ticket Sales Managers and Group Event Specialists by handling administrative tasks and gaining hands-on experience. This is a paid position for the Fall 2026 term, running from September through December.
What you'll do#
- Research qualified leads, local businesses, organizations, and teams.
- Manage data entry using Microsoft Excel and Archtics.
- Create invoices, receipts, flyers, and order forms.
- Mail out large ticket blocks.
- Help plan and execute ticket sales events.
- Shadow ticket sales representatives during phone calls and off-site appointments.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student in a program such as Business Administration or Marketing.
- A strong desire to pursue a career in ticket sales after graduation.
- A competitive mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to take initiative and stay organized.
- High attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
- A coachable attitude and genuine interest in the business side of sports.

- Location: Indianapolis, Indiana.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September-December).
- Schedule: Flexibility is required, including availability for evening and weekend games and events. You may choose a commitment of 20-25 hours per week or approximately 40 hours per week.
