About the role#
As a Software Engineering Intern within the Foundations organization, you will build the shared infrastructure that supports Palantir platforms. You will work on projects that improve developer experience, platform scalability, and system reliability. You will be paired with a mentor to support your growth throughout the internship.
What you'll do#
- Build features that improve the developer experience for Palantir engineers.
- Improve the scalability and reliability of Palantir platforms.
- Participate in the full product lifecycle, from initial idea generation and design to execution and rollout.
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members to solve development and customer problems.
What you'll need#
- An engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics.
- Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience coding in languages such as Java, C++, Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Ability to write clean, effective code and learn new languages quickly.
- Must be planning to graduate in 2028.
