About the role#
This is a part-time, hourly position for a Civil Engineering student. You will work under close supervision to complete routine tasks that require a basic understanding of engineering, math, and construction concepts. You will support our engineers and project teams with design sketches, permit applications, and graphic materials.
What you'll do#
- Assist with construction phase services as directed by a project engineer.
- Check engineering calculations and perform basic design calculations.
- Help with project tasks like quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Collect field data and test samples.
- Prepare marketing proposals.
- Maintain the technical library and handle document filing and delivery.
- Use computer aided design software and other technical tools.
What you'll need#
- Current student status in Civil Engineering or a related discipline at an accredited college or university.
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software tools.

- This is an on-site, part-time, non-exempt role.
