About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience within the banking industry. You will support assigned departments through administrative, operational, and project-based tasks. The role provides a practical look at banking operations, products, and services while allowing you to contribute to meaningful organizational goals. You will work under the guidance of department leadership to develop professional skills and gain industry exposure.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate, test, and adopt artificial intelligence tools to support business operations.
- Research current AI trends, capabilities, and best practices.
- Create AI documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Help develop and implement an employee training program for AI tools.
- Gather user feedback to identify opportunities for improved training, adoption, and governance.
- Support technology projects related to process automation and workflow improvements.
- Compile, organize, and analyze information for reports and presentations.
- Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with departmental projects, research, and administrative tasks.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an accredited high school, technical program, college, or university.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in or ability to learn Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies.
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to quality service.
- Previous work, volunteer, leadership, or campus involvement experience is beneficial.
