About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within our People Operations team. You will work alongside professionals to support HR operations, process optimization, and employee lifecycle management. The goal is to assist with initiatives that improve efficiency and the overall employee experience.
What you'll do#
- Support HR data entry and maintenance in HRIS systems.
- Monitor and manage HR queues to ensure timely resolution of employee requests.
- Assist with compliance and documentation processes to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate on projects regarding HR systems, reporting, and process improvements.
- Maintain and update internal HR templates and resources.
- Participate in team meetings and share ideas to improve operational workflows.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville.

- Location: Nashville, Tennessee.
- Modality: Hybrid (office-based).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus overtime eligibility.
- Employment Type: Full time.
