About the role#
This is an 11-week summer internship program for students interested in non-engineering roles. You will work within departments such as Business Development, Marketing, Risk Management, or Human Resources. This program connects your academic studies to real-world experience in the construction industry.
What you'll do#
- Attend Intern Orientation Week.
- Complete training to earn your OSHA-10 certification.
- Take part in group activities including networking, team building, and community service projects.
- Prepare and deliver a final presentation at the end of the program.
- Perform specific duties tailored to your assigned department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college program.
- Relevant coursework in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Human Resources.
