About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for students in Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, or Biomedical Sciences. The position follows a rolling term and requires on-site attendance in Chaparral, New Mexico.
What you'll do#
You will follow the Presbyterian Medical Services policy on healthcare personnel testing and immunization. This includes completing tests for TB, Hepatitis B, Tdap, MMR, and Varicella before your start date. You must also receive Influenza vaccines based on CDC and NMDOH guidelines.
What you'll need#
You must provide a letter of good standing from your educational institution. You are required to complete all health screenings and immunizations before the internship begins. If you are assigned to the Checkerboard Area Health System, you must pass a criminal records check.
