About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our Human Resources team for a summer internship. You will gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry while assisting with key company initiatives. This role provides exposure to core HR functions including recruiting, training, and compensation.
What you'll do#
- Assist with key company initiatives.
- Help develop new employee programs and manage existing ones.
- Partner with Learning and Talent Consultants to deliver employee training.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to source and recruit candidates.
- Review job descriptions and compensation data.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Rising senior pursuing a major in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- Up to one year of experience is helpful but not required.
- Proficiency with computer hardware, operating systems, and office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to initiate tasks and follow them through to completion.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in human resources or financial services careers.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
