About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our Business Development and Events team for a Summer 2027 internship. You will gain hands-on experience by working with our team to plan events, manage campaigns, and assist with key initiatives. This position is based in Dallas and requires your presence on-site.
What you'll do#
- Assist in planning and executing firm-wide events.
- Prepare and update documents and presentations using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with staff and leadership to complete various assignments.
- Help draft internal communications, key messaging, and social media content.
- Manage administrative and organizational projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Current status as a rising senior pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Windows or Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Interest in learning about career paths within the financial services industry.
- Zero to one year of experience is preferred but not required.
