About the role#
This summer internship offers hands-on experience within our Fixed Income Capital Markets team. You will spend the summer working on a full-service sales and trading desk, learning about products such as corporate, municipal, and mortgage-backed bonds. The program runs from May 24, 2027, to July 30, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate directly with the Traders and Sales team on a full-service desk.
- Partner with the Strategies team to support daily sales and trading operations.
- Develop fixed income analytical tools and reporting.
- Learn desk-specific techniques, strategies, and product knowledge.
- Identify ways to streamline daily tasks and office processes.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
- You hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Windows, MS Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- You must have authorization to work for any employer in the US without requiring sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
- Opportunities are located in Memphis, Tennessee, and Dallas, Texas.
