About the role#
Pullman Services is hiring a Construction Project Engineer Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Benicia, California. You will work on various construction projects while developing your technical and project management skills.
What you'll do#
- Provide support for project management tasks.
- Assist with estimating and the preparation of project budgets.
- Help manage job costs and project scheduling.
- Monitor and track production rates.
- Support client relations, safety protocols, and quality control.
- Assist with business development activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation habits.
- Proficiency with computers.
