About the role#
As an Audit Intern, you will work within our Assurance practice to support financial statement audits. You will gain hands-on experience with auditing methodologies while contributing to client support initiatives. This role is designed to help you build a foundational understanding of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and professional decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Support audit teams in conducting financial statement audits and learning auditing methodologies.
- Review and verify financial documents to ensure transparency and compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Document audit processes and findings to maintain accurate records.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify specific areas for improvement.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- You hold at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
- You are typically in the third year of a four-year degree or the fourth year of a five-year program.
- You must meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam before starting full-time employment.
