About the role#
As a Financial Due Diligence Intern, you will join our Advisory practice to support teams through the transaction lifecycle. You will focus on assessing the financial health and risks of potential investments. This role provides exposure to deal strategy, diligence, and execution while you learn our methodologies and practices.
What you'll do#
- Support teams during financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
- Analyze financial statements to assess the health of potential investments.
- Prepare financial models to evaluate business valuations and investment opportunities.
- Review business performance metrics to provide insights for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze earnings quality and working capital requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client engagements.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Typically in your 3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program.
- Preferred majors include Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Preferred cumulative and major GPA of 3.3.

- This is a paid, full-time internship.
