About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Co-op position for Winter 2027 within the Delivering Deal Value team at PwC. You will join our Deals practice to support M&A projects, helping clients create and capture value during acquisitions and divestitures. This role offers exposure to diverse industries and the opportunity to develop professional consulting skills.
What you'll do#
- Develop consulting skills in areas including HR, IT, Finance, and Transaction Management.
- Work on projects such as fully integrated due diligence, organization design, and change management.
- Apply AI-powered audit tools to real client work.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to solve complex, real-world challenges.
- Develop business acumen while helping clients integrate or separate businesses.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary program, with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Data and analytics literacy with AI fluency.
- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and tracking technology trends.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively with diverse teams.
