    About the role#

    Qnity offers paid co-op opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. These roles are designed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world application. You will work on projects alongside experienced professionals to help solve technical challenges. Assignments vary by site and function, covering areas such as process engineering, automation, equipment reliability, and product quality.

    • Gain industrial experience and insight into our businesses, products, and customers.
    • Work in team-based environments with mentorship and technical training.
    • Participate in professional development opportunities tailored to your role.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or other engineering disciplines from an ABET accredited program.
    • A GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
    • Legal right to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.

    • Term: Spring semester (January through April).
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Locations: Wilmington and Newark, Delaware; Circleville, Dayton, and Cleveland, Ohio; Towanda, Pennsylvania; Marlborough, Massachusetts; Pasadena, Texas; Hayward and Carlsbad, California; Midland, Michigan; Schaumburg, Illinois; and Parlin, New Jersey.
