About the role#
As an AI Adoption Intern, you will support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and related AI tools across the company. You will work with trainers and business leaders to build a culture of continuous learning and help employees use AI as a productivity partner.
What you'll do#
- Assist in planning and executing AI adoption campaigns.
- Support the delivery of live demos, orientation events, and training sessions for Copilot users.
- Maintain and update self-serve learning resources and training materials.
- Track participation in enablement activities and collect user feedback.
- Prepare usage reports and synthesize insights to inform ongoing improvements.
- Help onboard AI Champions and early adopters to build peer networks.
- Support community activities and recognition programs to celebrate adoption milestones.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, and AI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to stay organized and proactive in your work.
