About the role#
The digital experience analytics team uses machine learning, automation, and marketing technology to turn customer data into insights. You will help build data products that allow marketers to understand and improve programs across customer touchpoints like TI.com.
What you'll do#
- Use data to guide the creation and optimization of sales and marketing programs.
- Improve how we collect, join, and analyze data across customer touchpoints.
- Build machine learning models to power personalized digital experiences.
- Create an ecosystem for fast reporting and train teams to use it effectively.
- Analyze key performance indicators to provide actionable improvement recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, MIS, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
- Basic proficiency with Python or Java.
- Experience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with web analytics like Google Analytics 4 or customer data platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills for sharing progress and explaining complex topics to various stakeholders.
- Preference for candidates pursuing a Master's degree or those with previous internship experience in a similar field.

- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
