About the role#
Qorvo is hiring a Product Engineer Intern to support our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, and Connectivity and Sensors business groups. This is a paid, full-time internship located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. You will work on-site and gain hands-on experience by collaborating with various engineering teams to solve technical challenges in semiconductor manufacturing.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Product Engineering team with data analysis and reporting on product performance.
- Perform yield analysis evaluations at both the wafer and packaged levels.
- Conduct data mining and extraction using statistical methods and software tools.
- Develop test plans for prototype and production electrical testing.
- Work with Design, Fab, Test, Applications, Product Management, and Quality Engineering teams to support product development and resolve manufacturing issues.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a BS (Junior or Senior), MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Course work or experience in Analog/RF circuit design.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
