About the role#
Join the Digital Engine Services (DES) Customer Support team for a Winter 2027 internship. You will work within an aerospace environment to learn about our products, processes, and internal tools. This is a paid, full-time position based on-site in Longueuil, Quebec.
What you'll do#
- Support continuous improvement studies regarding customer support tools and processes.
- Assist the team during monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
- Draft and standardize procedures and training documents for customer support processes.
- Support first responder teams (Cfirst) on topics related to customer support and Oil Analysis Technology.
- Participate in internal technical communications and update campaigns.
- Collaborate with customers located worldwide.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university for the full duration of the internship.
- Currently pursuing studies in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Computer, or Industrial Engineering.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written).
- Working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings, and technical terms.
- Ability to work on-site in Longueuil, Quebec.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
- Note: This position requires a security background check and authorization for the handling of controlled goods.
