About the role#
As a Customer Engineering intern, you will join a team of experts focused on the performance of in-service products. You will gain insight into the relationship between the company and airframe original equipment manufacturers while working with internal support tools to assess product status and client needs. This role requires an autonomous individual with a strong desire to learn and the ability to analyze data to provide actionable recommendations.
What you'll do#
- Support customer engineering activities and the frontline team.
- Assist product performance owners with safety, reliability, durability, and maintenance services.
- Participate in investigations and root cause analysis for in-service events.
- Help ensure compliance with obligations to airframe manufacturers, operators, and airworthiness authorities.
- Manage business forecasts and in-service product campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Pursuing a degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, including spoken and written proficiency.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary authorizations for handling controlled goods.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
