About the role#
The Sales Intern position provides an introduction to the skills needed for a career in equipment sales. You will rotate through the Parts, Service, Sales, and Management departments to understand how the organization functions. This is a part-time, paid role designed for students entering their senior year of college.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through various departments to learn daily workflows.
- Develop skills in relationship management, product knowledge, and inventory tracking.
- Learn to navigate internal company systems and processes.
- Join customer interactions, team meetings, and company training sessions.
- Maintain a professional image and follow all safety protocols.
- Support a positive team environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student, ideally entering your senior year.
- A self-starter mindset and a customer-first attitude.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office tools, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
