About the role#
RKL LLP offers an internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in tax, audit, and small business services. You will work directly with our professionals to gain insight into the accounting industry while building your professional network.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to a variety of clients and engagements.
- Organize and upload tax documents.
- Reconcile tax data input and prepare business and individual tax returns.
- Work on projects related to depreciation and fixed assets.
- Network with peers and team members at all levels.
- Participate in continuous learning and leadership development workshops.
- Take part in team-building exercises and community outreach activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- A desire to pursue the CPA designation and a career in public accounting.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to problem-solve.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks under deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Locations: Lancaster, Allentown, Chambersburg, Reading, York, Mechanicsburg, and Exton, Pennsylvania.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid, full-time internship.
- Term: Summer 2027.
