About the role#
The International Tax Intern works with tax professionals to provide compliance and strategy solutions for client organizations. You will gain exposure to a variety of client engagements while learning how the team addresses international regulatory developments. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Organize and upload tax documents.
- Reconcile tax data input.
- Prepare business and individual tax returns.
- Assist with projects related to depreciation and fixed assets.
- Participate in team building exercises and community outreach.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process efficiencies.
- Attend continuous learning and leadership development workshops.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in accounting.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Desire to pursue the CPA designation and a career in public accounting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to solve problems.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Locations: Lancaster, PA or Reading, PA.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- This position requires the ability to travel to local and non-local client sites as needed, including potential overnight travel. You may also be required to work outside of normal business hours or on weekends.
