    About the role#

    This internship within the Lifecycle Services Integrated Capabilities Organization offers exposure to global strategy, new offering development, and go-to-market business models. You will be part of the Lifecycle Services Segment Capabilities and Innovation group, working on projects that bridge engineering and commercial strategy.

    What you'll do#

    • Conduct market research and develop customer insight programs.
    • Create sales collateral and support commercial readiness initiatives.
    • Assist with enablement tasks.
    • Manage specially assigned projects related to the Lifecycle Services segment.

    What you'll need#

    • Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program at an accredited university.
    • Major in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not provided).
    • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
    • Demonstrated analytical skills and a desire to deliver high-quality customer service.
    • Ability to approach challenges with innovative solutions.
    • Valid U.S. driver's license.
    • Prior sales internship experience or previous engagement with the company through events or past internships is preferred.

    • Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $22 - $32 per hour.
    • Status: Paid, full-time internship.
    • Benefits: Health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) and 401k, plus paid holidays.
