    About the role#

    This 10-week internship provides experience within the Supply Chain Department at Royal Caribbean Group. You will work alongside professionals to support the procurement, logistics, and inventory management necessary to maintain operations across our global fleet. The role involves contributing to projects that impact the cruise experience while gaining insight into complex, large-scale logistics.

    What you'll do#

    • Support procurement processes for various goods and services.
    • Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of items across the fleet.
    • Assist with inventory management and demand planning tasks.
    • Contribute to projects that directly impact company operations.
    • Partner with multiple departments on waste reduction initiatives.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
    • Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
    • Permanent work authorization in the United States.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.2 is preferred.
    • Previous experience in related areas.

    • Location: Miami, Florida.
    • Term: Summer 2027 (May 31st to August 6th).
    • Modality: Hybrid, with in-person work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
    • Status: Full-time, paid internship.
