About the role#
As a Tourism & Operations Intern at our Las Vegas depot, you will be the face of our brand. You will welcome guests, help them prepare for their road trips, and ensure their experience is smooth from start to finish. This role offers hands-on experience in the campervan and RV rental industry.
What you'll do#
- Manage check-ins and check-outs, including guest registration and payment processing.
- Explain campervan features and rental terms to customers, while offering road trip extras.
- Coordinate reservations with available vehicles and prepare campervans and kits for upcoming rentals.
- Monitor fleet stock and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise.
- Perform quality control checks to maintain vehicles and handle basic maintenance or repair needs.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a student or a recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field.
- You are fluent in English.
- You hold a valid driver's license for both manual and automatic vehicles.
- You have a work permit if applicable.
- You enjoy meeting new people and working in international environments.
- You have a strong customer service focus and a practical, problem-solving mindset.

- Compensation: This is a paid, full-time internship with a base pay of $14 per hour.
