About the role#
We are looking for students or recent graduates to join our Los Angeles depot for a Summer 2026 internship. You will gain hands-on experience in the RV and campervan rental industry. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a smooth start and finish to their road trips.
What you'll do#
- Manage check-ins and check-outs, including guest registration and payment processing.
- Explain campervan features, rental terms, and upsell road trip extras.
- Align reservations with fleet availability and prepare vehicles and kits for customers.
- Inspect campervans to maintain them in good condition and address any maintenance or repair needs.
- Assist the team with fleet coordination, inventory monitoring, and troubleshooting daily operational issues.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Health, Sociology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- A valid driver's license for both manual and automatic vehicles.
- A work permit if applicable.
- A customer-service mindset and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A practical approach to problem-solving and a willingness to perform hands-on tasks.
