About the role#
We are looking for students or recent graduates to join our San Francisco depot team. You will serve as a primary contact for guests, managing the campervan rental process from start to finish. This role offers hands-on experience in the tourism and operations sector.
What you'll do#
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including registration and payment processing.
- Explain campervan features, rental terms, and upsell road trip extras.
- Coordinate reservations with available fleet inventory.
- Prepare campervans and equipment kits for upcoming trips.
- Perform maintenance checks and address repair needs to keep vehicles in good condition.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with operational troubleshooting.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- A valid driver license for both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Ability to work in the United States.
- A strong customer service orientation and the ability to connect with people from different backgrounds.
- A practical, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to handle hands-on tasks.
