About the role#
As a Tourism & Operations Intern at our Las Vegas depot, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests. You will manage the rental process from start to finish, ensuring customers are prepared for their trips and that their return experience is smooth. This role involves a mix of direct customer service and behind-the-scenes operational tasks.
What you'll do#
- Manage check-ins and check-outs, including guest registration and payment processing.
- Explain campervan features, rental terms, and offer road trip extras to guests.
- Coordinate reservations with available vehicle inventory.
- Prepare campervans and equipment kits for upcoming rentals.
- Inspect vehicles to maintain high quality and address any maintenance or repair needs.
- Monitor stock levels and assist the team with fleet coordination and operational troubleshooting.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- A valid driver's license for both manual and automatic vehicles.
- A work permit for the United States.
- Strong customer service skills and an ability to connect with people from different backgrounds.
- A practical mindset for solving problems and completing hands-on tasks.
