About the role#
As a Project Engineer Intern, you will support the project team in finishing designated projects. You will focus on learning construction industry processes, procedures, and internal business policies. This is a full-time, paid internship role.
What you'll do#
- Gain a working understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders.
- Develop a first-hand understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety.
What you'll need#
- You must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, management, or a related field and be within 18 months of graduating.
- Ability to work 40 hours a week for at least a three-month term.
- General knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control methods.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
- Ability to read and understand contracts, specifications, and architectural or engineering drawings.

- Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour.
