About the role#
As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will join our team for a 4-month co-op term. You will provide technical support for our internal operations and gain hands-on experience with manufacturing techniques and engineering design principles. This role involves investigating product designs, testing, and managing various technical projects.
What you'll do#
- Respond to and prioritize requests for technical support.
- Analyze support issues to determine the root cause, potential trends, and resolutions.
- Install and maintain technical equipment and software.
- Provide guidance to users on the effective use of technology.
- Create and maintain procedural and educational documentation.
- Follow established best practices and help define new standards.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one year of post-secondary education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Enrollment in a 4-month co-op program for Winter 2027.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving equipment up to 20lbs.

- Location: Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to April).
- Modality: This is an on-site position.
- Compensation: The hourly pay range is $22.40 to $28.60, depending on your year of study and prior co-op experience.
- Employment type: Full-time.
