About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations within the food and beverage manufacturing industry. You will work with a cross-functional team to support procurement and sourcing initiatives while applying your classroom knowledge to real-world business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Learn the process for placing purchase orders and managing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) requirements.
- Run Requests for Pricing (RFPs) and negotiate pricing terms with suppliers.
- Participate in the selection, onboarding, and management of suppliers.
- Analyze company spend data to identify potential optimization opportunities.
- Assist with additional projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Completion of your junior year prior to the start of the internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a personal vehicle, as public transit is not available between corporate housing and company locations.

- This position is based in Plymouth, Wisconsin.
- The role is full-time and paid.
- Work follows a hybrid schedule with onsite work required Monday through Thursday and optional remote work on Fridays.
