About the role#
Saskatoon Co-operative Association Ltd. is hiring a full-time Deli Clerk for the Innisfail Food Store. This role requires 40 hours per week with availability across weekdays and weekends, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Benefits are available after 3 months of employment.
What you'll do#
- Provide helpful customer service to all shoppers.
- Prepare deli items including sandwiches, pizzas, salads, fried foods, and special trays.
- Stock, package, slice, and label products.
- Keep the work area clean and safe.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by your manager.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs, as some heavy lifting is required.
- Applicants must be over 14 years old.
- Food preparation experience is helpful, but we provide training.
